3. User Responsibilities

  • Use Missiv for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse Missiv’s technology.
  • Do not upload PHI, regulated health data, or other sensitive medical information.

4. Your Content & Data Use

You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Inputs"). By using Missiv, you grant us a limited license to use your Inputs and Outputs to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

5. Account Management

  • You’re responsible for your account information and password security.
  • Do not share your account with others.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Renewals are billed automatically unless canceled.
  • Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Missiv uses artificial intelligence to generate content:

  • Outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your needs.
  • Do not rely on Missiv for decisions related to health, safety, or well-being.
